Community Mentors & Guides Network
Inviting retired teachers, educators, and community leaders to serve as local Community Mentors & Guides—providing character verification, bank branch closing accompaniment, and helping backend youth desks collaborate seamlessly with front-end trade teams.
Track 1: Bank Closing Stewards
Commit 2 to 3 hours per week. Accompany borrowers to bank branch loan signings ($150 closing stipend) and coach their daily evening Co-Pilot routine.
Track 2: ADKA Youth Guides
Partner with young people with disabilities on the backend and technical trade graduates in the field, helping them manage hardware distribution to contractors.
